Yes — you need a WhatsApp Business number. If you're using the personal WhatsApp app on a business number, we'll help you migrate it. The process takes about 30 minutes.
Will my customers know they're talking to an AI?
That's your choice. Most businesses name the AI after a person ("Hi, I'm Priya from ABC Interiors"). Your customers interact with it naturally on WhatsApp — no app download, no web form.
How accurate are the AI responses?
The AI only responds based on the product knowledge and rules you provide. If a product isn't in your catalog, it won't guess. It escalates to you when uncertain.
How long does setup take?
